Great quality item, well packaged, slow delivery. Real shame after chasing seller twice for an update as to when I might receive item I was treated with such contempt that I didn’t even warrant any sort of acknowledgement or reply. That’s was the real shame and that let all the good down. Once they get the money, I didn’t seem to matter any more. The response to messges is non existent & when they have taken your money that just isnt acceptable.
Luckily the picture was very well wrapped by the seller, as the outside packaging was torn and battered. Very pleased with the print however, which arrived as promised after a slight delay. We were kept up to date with progress by the seller, which was very helpful. Many thanks ArtNoire.
Beautiful framed print, arrived with another 2 I purchased at the same time, all very well packaged in bubble wrap, paper and a sturdy box. Arrived within 3 days due to a local public holiday. Very pleased with my purchase
