  1. Unfortunately the post office had to send the item back because it was sent to the wrong address ( in a far away state ). This was not the sellers fault, eBay defaulted our address to our previous one and we did not catch it in time to correct it . The seller promptly refunded the money as soon as they received the package back. So we are pleased with their response and action.

  3. 1st item received was heavily damaged. Seller shipped another at no additional cost with great communication. 2nd also arrived slightly damaged but can be repaired. Not the sellers fault. Packaging could be better from the factory and FedEx could handle it better but won't.
