Good communication. Posted promptly and carefully packaged. Item as seen and described. Very 😊 Happy with my purchase. The carrier however delivered a day late and did not request a signature as was stated on the address label. Considering the postage paid I would say it was a poor service from the carrier.
The response I had was first class. I was given a tracking number the same day. The beautiful Vasart art glass dish arrived promptly. The packaging was more than adequate. The paperwork was detailed enabling provenance. I will be buying from Scottish Antiques again. Very satisfied buyer.
