Though there was a mix up with the items ordered and the garment I wanted I did not receive, the seller gave me a refund and was diligent in messaging me as to what was going on. Immediate shipping. I ordered, they sent the item out next day. Average mailing time. Packaged in regular plastic. Item was as described and for a good price. I did have to wash this clothing item though, as anyone who buys used clothes should, they did not.
