I would buy from this seller again. Item was shipped promptly but there are some things that could be better. The biggest is that the mug is 14oz, not 15oz as in the description. Seller is probably just going by what their supplier is telling them but it's wrong. Also, the image is only on one side. This is normal but you should be aware of it in case you were expecting both sides. One I was looking at on another site had the image on both sides.

The first time I ordered these mugs both arrived broken. However, when I contacted them, the seller not only refunded my money, they sent me two new mugs in perfect, unbroken condition. Now, that's what I call excellent service!!!
