However, since the artwork is made of very delicate materials, if you replace the frame, please be sure to use something that protects against indoor sunlight, such as acrylic or UV-cut glass, to prevent deterioration. The acrylic panel has been removed for photography to reduce reflection. Although not shown in the images, the actual artwork has a thin 1mm thick acrylic sheet placed between the black mat and the original painting to prevent warping or bending during framing. Frame size: 12.05 inches x 15.6 inches x 0.79 inches Mat window size: 7.16 inches x 11.38 inches The frame is made of wood, and the frame, mat, and edges of the mat are all finished in matte black. I will also include an A4-sized print featuring Futura's autograph, which was created as promotional material for Futura Laboratories, a brand that was just launched in 1998. The pruner arrived in it's original package with bubble wrap as well. The writing was all in Japanese but I didn't care as I can always google it in English. It was sent via FedEx and the driver actually rang our doorbell letting me know he left the item on our front porch. Amy was terrific to work with and kept me apprised of when I should receive it and also responded quickly to a few questions I had.
