The seller filed a claim with the delivery company, and promptly refunded the total price. I was then able to place a second order. It arrived very quickly and was just as described. These are not packaged for shipping by the manufacturer. The box is very light weight material and does not hold up to the abuse during shipping. Had to order it twice and both times received it severally damaged. The seller did stand behind the sale though, and promptly sent return labels and issued the refund quickly. I would not order this product again, but would definitely buy from the seller again.
