  1. The part I ordered came quickly, and was exactly as described. However it was very poorly packaged, just banging around in this big ol box. Fortunately, I really only needed one small actuator lever off the side of the unit, which can't be purchased separately. So, I got what I needed, but y'all should step up your wrapping game when shipping fragile parts.

  3. Fast shipping, and product was as described. One thing I would knock is the packaging. The part I ordered was a computer module. The bare PCB was wrapped in newspaper and stuffed in a cardboard box. Would have preferred if it was at least placed in an ESD bag to protect the electronics.
