The item wasn't as described. As you can see in the comparison pictures (what I got is on the right side). The colours are off and the face is much thinner and longer. It didn't ship in a tube, as they said. Communication was slow and extremely business-like, cold. They told me at one point that they would have a solution for me within 24-48 hours. That didn't happen, so I had to chase them. In the end, the only reason this isn't a negative review is because I did get the entire amount refunded.
WOW A++.... Seems like caught Wal-Mart EBAY storefront here under "local NY name". Ordered on Saturday, arrived local WalMart driver in Texas 2 days- next Monday! Everything was perfect, this exceptionally great deal for 6 brand new fireplace lighters in packages, 1st works perfectly out of pack. Only tiny complaint: Delivered in hand w/WalMart bag- 6 loose items in the packages- No other sealers/safety packing but @least all there in perfect order: Much Thanks! Can buy here again.
