The Condition is Very Good; there are a few small spots and a couple of light creases (rolling stress areas) going down the page. The page is not as Off Color or Dark on the edges as it appears (it is a nice, normal 100+ year old toned color) and any Wavy Lines - This is all caused by my Scanner and Photo Processor.
