This is an excellent and extremely-clever compilation of " New Year's Eves at Winterland " performances by the Grateful Dead ranging from 1970 to 1977. Nine ( 9 ) amazing tracks are captured on this rare release from 12/31/70 ( 1-track ), 12/31/71 ( 2-tracks ), 12/31/72 ( 1-track ), and 12/31/77 ( 5-tracks ). Because this is one of the very 1st Bonus Disc CD's offered close to 15 years ago ( 2003 GDP, Inc. ), it has become very-scarce and extremely ! hard to find. The song selections offer incredibly-performed ' Live ' versions of fan-favorite songs from three ( 3 ) different main-prime eras of " 70's Grateful Dead " !!! It is an amazing-listen, that flows so sweetly from era-to-era, and even from Band line-up, to Band line-up !
