Original box, well packed, nice unit, manual - everything correct except missing the card with the "activation" code required to use that states so in the instruction book and in the app. You need it for the ADT app to register the unit to your alarm. Contacted seller VIA message and asked if they had the code, they PROMPTLY refunded my cost, no argument, no hassle, surprised me. So GREAT trustworthy seller. Thank you very much.   2. The Apple mouse I rec'd was not the one pictured even though the ad said The pictures you see are the actual pictures of the item and/or packaging. The text wording was confusing so I based my purchase on the pictures. I contacted the seller & over a few msg's, we came to an agreement on a partial rebate so I kept the mouse. I appreciate the sellers flexibility/ understanding since they were now out of stock so I couldn't exchange it. I therefore gave a positive rating.

  3. The item arrived with only minor cosmetic damage (which was already stated in the listing). Shipping was very fast and affordable, and all features on the device work great. The contents of the box were very well wrapped and safe, no chance of shipping damage. The price was very affordable as so was shipping. Everything is displaying well and appears well too. The bulbs in the chassis also all worked as well. Very good seller—would buy from again.
