I requested the 1/32 version at a good price but accidentally received the 1/35 pack. The seller was in direct and frequent communication with me from the start, even before the item arrived. As soon as I indicated the mistake it was immediately taken care of, no questions asked. What I received was brand new, well packaged and protected. This was my first interaction with the seller, and although it resulted in the wrong item being delivered I would not hesitate to buy from him/her again.
This seller is one of the best I've ever encountered on ebay. When I received the cable, which arrived very quickly, it didn't work. not because it was defective, but because receiving video from a 3ccd camcorder through a firewire plug to usb plug is not that simple. When I told this seller the cable didn't work they immediately refunded my money and told me I didn't have to go through the hassle and expense of sending the cable back. How's that for a seller, great or what?
i received the item (touch sensor for light switch control) the directions were lacking, the seller was away on vacation for 2 weeks, and the directions on the sales order did not match the item.. as they mention multicolored wires when the wires are of a single color, i told the seller all they needed to do was explain to me where to put the wires, they did not even attempt to explain, just offered a full refund. so i wasted my time, but at least not my money.. completely.
