Challenge Coin Ok, most folks know me by now. You also know my reputation as being a good, honest seller. I am, however, human and make mistakes. If you contact me first, I will do everything I possibly can to make it right. If, however, you open a case against me, do not respond to my emails, and try to slam me to the wall, then you will need to find yourself another supplier, as you will not be able to purchase from me again. Sorry folks, this ain't Walmart. With that being said, I have a better selection simply because I do not limit myself to only one supplier. Sure, I could do that and never run out of the same coins. But, I search high and low for interesting and unique coins. I go to shows, flea markets, yard sales, and antique stores searching for different coins. My prices are not the cheapest, but certainly not the highest either. They are based on the rarity of the coin and how much I had to pay to get it. Challenge Coins are becoming a huge collectable item these days. The history goes way back and you'll hear of different stories of the first one being made from WW2 to Vietnam and even the British. I don't know which story is true. What I do know is that soldiers love these and are awarded them when special deeds are done that are more deserving than just a pat on the back but less deserving of an achievement oin award. These coins will come from Generals, Colonels, Command Sergeant Majors or just about anyone in the chain of command. Almost all units in the military have designed their own unique coins. They make great keepsakes and wonderful conversational pieces.   1. Received a very detail book on the Order of Battle of the US Army in Vietnam 1961-1973 both shipped quickly and packaged carefully! This book as described is new! It covers all combat arms and support unit organization. There are plates showing the numerous shoulder patches worn and all the unit Crest worn by units in country. The book is chock full of description of individual units in country, as well as our Allies, graphs, area maps, and illustration. A must have book. Recommended seller!

  2. I often don't leave reviews on ebay but he definitely deserves it. He has great prices for all the patches I've bought over about 2 years now and it gets shipped quite quickly up to Canada. I restore a lot of uniforms and he's often the only seller I need to buy from to do so. Sometimes, but very rarely he doesn't have something I need and have to buy from someone else, and the prices elsewhere just really shows me how good of a deal I'm getting with him.

  3. There was a slight mixup in the item advertised versus what was actually shipped. The ad stated the item was a "Large." The item shipped was actually a "Medium" but the seller was quick to respond and even shipped a Large without requiring the return of the original Medium that was sent --excellent customer service.
