I will do anything I can to rectify the situation. I pack your item(s) to be shipped with much care and as much protection/cushioning as is needed to protect your item(s). Sometimes that adds to my cost, but it is worth it to me when your item(s) arrives in the condition you were expecting. However, there are times when through the transportation of the item(s) something can break. Please do not open a dispute for an item damaged in transit as "not as described" and please do not request a return. Most items will be insured up to $100 through USPS Ground Advantage. For all other methods of shipment I strongly suggest adding insurance for items over $100 and items which are delicate/fragile. Insurance costs very little and provides much-needed protection.
shipping was amazingly fast especially considering that I ordered close to the holiday. packaging is perfect. arrived undamaged and as described. like new. I bought this little cookbook originally in a grocery store check out line in 1986. I’ve been baking bread from this book since my niece was 2 1/2 years old. she has children of her own now and still bakes it. we call it auntie bread. I am very happy. thank you
