Description
Copper roses made with heavy-duty 20 oz sheet copper. They are fastened to the stem with non-toxic lead-free silver solder. Great home and office decor. Durable enough for out in the yard all year round. Perfect for a hard to shop for partner or friend with allergies. There are options in finish. I make each rose to order so I will work with you to make one that is perfect for you. A little more about finish options: New grain: sheet is orbitally sanded with 120 grit sandpaper to new copper. This is a sparkly, textured finish. natural: this is the finish pictured. The copper has been stored outdoors and has begun to patina. It is darker in color but retains it’s smooth rolled factory finish and still sparkles quite a bit. patina: the copper’s natural patina process is chemically accelerated. I have a method for red or green. This turns out different every time but a blend of black, white and red or green oxidation covers the copper. This oxidation is actually stronger and harder than the base material.
