These guys are awesome! I was in a real pinch so I ordered a spark plug from these guys. I ended up getting one from a friend before the package arrived. I was trying to return the package but they insisted that I keep it even though they gave me a full refund! Customer service is top notch! Will order from these guys again whenever the time comes!
The deal did not go as advertised. The shipping cost to Alaska changed after the purchase, then when I agreed to have it shipped to a local address they shared that the item was out of stock and would take 3-5 weeks to ship. I received a full refund.
Really fast delivery with Fedex. I appreciate good communication. Only small inconvenience was additional shipping fee over price presented on Ebay. But ok, it was acceptable due to big and heavy package. So I am satisfied.
