The kit was described as new in the listing and the photos represented it as being being NIOB with sealed parts bags. When it arrived I found the main parts bag had been opened and loose parts in the box. The front axle assembly had been painted and is broken and unusable. The seller did communicate wall and offer to give a partial refund, which was acceptable, however, I would not have made the purchase if it was described correctly to begin with.
