Skates arrived brand new and were a great value. I did have to return them, however, because they were not the size I ordered (Women’s 7) and the sizing was men’s, not women’s. Still, the seller was quick to respond and made the return very easy. I recommend the seller, but it might help to correspond with them before completing a purchase to ensure correct sizing.
The seller was quick to respond to questions and the package was delivered in 3 days. The item was very well packaged. The kayak saddles appear to be of good quality and were easy to assemble. I have not used them to transport my kayak yet but they seem like they will work well.
