I needed a new power cord for an older DEZL 570. I was getting alerts saying my current power cord was not compatible. I bought the same model number, with what appears to be an upgraded design, compared to the one I had. The seller responded quickly to a question I had, and he was local. The product arrived in a day. It was as described, and it fixed the error I was getting. Unfortunately, I still can't receive traffic. Not the seller's fault, though. I'd buy from this seller again.
