The product came quickly it was well packaged I waited several days to respond because I had a severe pet odor in the room of a house I had purchased it did take about 3 to 4 days to eliminate some of the odor it is getting better so I waited to respond to make sure it would do what it advertised to do the only problem I have is that it said it did up to 3,000 ft my whole house is only a thousand square footage so it does not do the entire house but it is maintaining the bedroom and 8x10
Don't buy it. Air purifier seems good. They recommend changing the Hepa filter every 6 months. They don't make Hepa H13 replacement filters 12 1/4" × 9 1/4", unbelievable isn't it. So unless you want to buy the entire unit every 6 months find something else. I just received this Air purifier a couple of days ago and was going to buy another, but searched replacement filters first thankfully. The seller has agreed to let me return this item. I'm still no less upset.
Came well packed and in good time with everything pictured. Never received a tracking number or status updates, but otherwise no problems.
