Seller was sending a new clock. Before sending it he found a couple small chips and let me know. He offered to Take $25.00 off, which I would have accepted if the clock were for me. But it was for my Granddaughter's wedding gift. Seller was very gracious and refunded the money immediately. I recommend this seller.
