even though the postman delivered my package to the wrong address, I was able to retrieve it and secure the sweatshirt for review. the item is as described and really a fine value for this brand-new item. the packaging was great just a postman apparently not able to be efficient and fast during a [I'm sure] busy season for delivering packages.
The item arrived just shy of 2 weeks after purchased. The seller quickly communicated about the delay after I made an inquiry. Adequate packaging. The shirt is beautiful, exactly as described. Great value for a lovely shirt.
Thief broke into community mailbox and stole but no fault of seller - I reported to usps I am giving highest ratings to seller in every category although can not really judge sinec did not receive item - no fault iof seller
