Intel Motherboards have mostly been fairly reliable. Still regarded by most as the 3rd best motherboard made only surpassed by ASUS & Gigabyte. Even though I know that some people are looking at this board for a budget friendly option for gaming or media use and I can tell you for the most part that server boards are mostly optimized for data handling purposes although I have setup one these with Windows 7 x64 because it is a 64 bit motherboard. To my surprise some games actually played quite well. If you have a large collection of computer games from the last 20 years, there's a good chance that alot of them will play on this board with the right video card but its hit or miss. The one thing I can tell you is that games made from 2005 and up have a better chance of playing especially the ones where you can adjust video resolution in the game. I tried a few of them from around 2003 and they either didn't like the 64 bit software or hardware either one. Some of these that were installed failed to start. That's when I tell you to find a 32 bit motherboard and software to play games before 2005. You will have much more luck in getting them to work. As for this auction I can tell you honestly it is a good Motherboard with a durable CPU that gives speed and performance with most applications.
