The printer I purchased was in excellent condition. It arrived sooner than I expected, and it was packaged well. The added bonus was the ink and paper included with the purchase. Was not expecting that. What I really appreciated was that the seller emailed me when he dropped the printer off at the FedEx center, so that I could more aptly track its arrival. I am VERY pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy from this seller again.

Packaging could have been better. Box showed up destroyed but Lego box was intact. Seller had quick communication and follow up.
