The weather was very bad and I think USPS lost my rubber seal. I contacted the seller TheCozyNest and they responded promptly. They checked with me every day and after a week it still didn't arrive, They issued me a refund which I didn't request. A few days later it arrived, I think it was a new shipment and I was not charged. I tried to reverse the refund and they wouldn't accept.
