The first grade is for the sleeve and second grade is for the media/disc, e.g. VG+/EX means that the item's sleeve is in Very Good Plus condition and the media/disc is in Excellent condition. If there is only one condition, e.g. /EX, it means that the item is not in a picture sleeve and that the media/disc is in excellent condition. Packaging All of our items are parcelled using strong specially designed packaging, each vinyl in an order is placed in a clear plastic sleeve and plain paper white sleeve, and is separated from its cover (unless it is advertised as sealed), to prevent any damage during transit. If an item is sealed, and you would prefer the vinyl to be placed outside of its sleeve before dispatch, please let us know. A cover that opens like a book, the additional space compared to a regular sleeve means there is usually more artwork and/or liner notes. These are often used for double albums, with one record kept in each half of the cover. Does a used item include the original inner sleeve/insert/poster etc.? We will always include in the description if a used item includes any additional parts, e.g. "with inner" or "includes poster", if you know an item originally came with any additional parts, such as a printed inner sleeve, and it isn't mentioned in the description, then generally the used item won't include it, but please feel free to ask. New items will always be complete, unless otherwise specified.
