Bought a non working item, I believe it has value and could definitely be restored, contacted the seller stating: please bubble wrap, and he did so, good thing too, because fed ex driver hurled it about 8-10ft onto my concrete porch, what he doesn't know is I have video of him doing it , good value, as described,packaged well, shipped quickly and very inconsiderate, the seller even included a photo of the box contents, and he still hurled it

Seller very good person to deal with, promptly shipped the external power supply that had inadvertently been omitted from the original shipment when notified that it was missing.
