  1. Item arrived damaged despite seller saying the packaging was ample (it was not, otherwise it would've arrived intact). Seller's communication was ok. Didn't really solve the issue but it's whatever. I would hesitate if not avoid purchases from this seller in the future due to their no return policy. Seller did offer a partial refund but didn't process it.

  2. It arrived in a timely manner, however I was left with a lot of kernels after it finished. Which was one of the things I'd enquired about prior to purchasing. Once I brought it up, seller told me to request for a refund and they would accept. They did and sent me a QR code so shipping was taken care of. Thank you.
