Additional figure of father with kids dragging a tree they just cut down included (called Lemax Memory Makers Bringing Home the Tree.) Plus, miniature lights that light up have been placed over existing lights of the Tree Lot. Figure is different scale than Lemax Tree Lot. This listing does include original box for Ed’s Tree Lot only which has some wear. Lights require two "AA" batteries which are not included. Please see all pictures.
