Actually contacted me to let me know that they were concerned that some of the pieces within the puzzle's box might not be secured in box and might not ship well. Asked for permission to open box and secure those pieces. Then sent me an email with picture of how pieces were secured. Really impressed with this very excellent seller, and highly recommend!

Seller immediately let me know of issue and refunded payment. Seller communicated exceptionally and pricing was great for item. Although I didn’t get to complete the transaction.
