I received my pitcher after the USPS sent it on a two week tour of the Chicago/Detroit area. Unfortunately, when it did arrive, it was broken. The seller wrapped it in bubble wrap, packed it with lots of paper packing and even wrapped the box in a black trash bag to protect it from rainy weather. I feel that if it had been delivered on time. It would have arrived in tact. The seller was very understanding and didn't hesitate to refund my money. I would absolutely purchase from her again.
