The 7800 arrived damaged with a cracked hole in the corner of the shell. It wasn't packaged very well. Shipping also originated several states away from item's listed location. After some conversation back and forth, Seller agreed to accept a return and refund the order. Given the acceptance of return and quick refund, it was still an overall positive, albeit mildly frustrating experience.
Everything from packaging and shipping was in good condition when I received it. The value was spot on. Everything in the description and all the pictures matched exactly with what I got and was delivered to me. Hooked everything up and put everything to the test and worked just like a description said. Would definitely buy an order from here again.
Seller had personal issue but was quick to message and rectify the issue after damage in shipping of item has given me return label for exchange other than a few communication issues at times seller has been wonderful to work with and was very apologetic in not being able to get back to me and originally was even nice enough to package a few extra games
