Excellent purchase experience. Ordered item on Sunday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Well packaged. The item was as described. I ordered a ‘certified refurbished’ item and it did not disappoint. Very clean/like new feel. The price was around the going rate for the specs and the new feel of the laptop made it feel like very good value. Much better experience than another eBay refurbished vendor that left me feeling disappointed with the quality/finish.
I like my product so far. Packaging was great both exterior and interior felt like pristine condition as a seller has described in the product detail. Shipping package was also carefully delivered on exact time. With certified refurbished condition, the price was exceptional, reasonable at that moment when I have decided to buy. One and only comment I would like to mention is that wrong operating system, it was Windows 11 Home, not Windows 11 Pro.
Have bought from this seller multiple times. Pricing is good, the refurbs are like new. Had a small issue where the item shipped was a very slightly different configuration (half the memory vs what was on the listing) but the seller responded promptly and offered a few options. I said I would like to keep it but needed the extra memory and seller got it shipped out quickly. Will continue to use this seller!
