This sellers communication exceeded my expectations, when i messaged them, id get a response either within minutes or the very next buisness day. It did take some time to ship, but they do fully mention this, so nothing wrong here. They packed the device very well, tens of layers. They answered most of my questions as best as possible, and sent over pictures the day before shipping, every angle. The device arrived shortly after, it was a bit dirty, but easy to clean, and was in pretty good shape

PD: shipping charge are a little more expensive than expected, but I guess it´s because of the extra protection they used as much as bigger box than expected (so it´s really not more expensive, it´s logical cost for the extra protection).
Great laptop for the price! Condition mentioned was accurate. Was shipped in the most beautiful bubble wrapping roll I've ever seen. This thing had the trip like it was surrounded by pillows. Great seller, thank you! The only thing I think could improve the experience, would be to include a little bag with the screws from the bottom of the laptop.
