TL,DR: the experience was positive. The unit came well packed, look and performing well. The only issues I have was the the OS was advertised as Windows 11 Pro, RAM speed was 5600. My unit came with a Windows 11 Home, RAM speed 4400. I contacted the seller and we agreed to a partial refund, because I didn't want to waste time sending a perfect good unit in for "repair". Overall, for the price it was a great buy, hoping their component quality hold up and it will last for several years.
Excellent purchase experience. Ordered item on Sunday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Well packaged. The item was as described. I ordered a ‘certified refurbished’ item and it did not disappoint. Very clean/like new feel. The price was around the going rate for the specs and the new feel of the laptop made it feel like very good value. Much better experience than another eBay refurbished vendor that left me feeling disappointed with the quality/finish.
I like my product so far. Packaging was great both exterior and interior felt like pristine condition as a seller has described in the product detail. Shipping package was also carefully delivered on exact time. With certified refurbished condition, the price was exceptional, reasonable at that moment when I have decided to buy. One and only comment I would like to mention is that wrong operating system, it was Windows 11 Home, not Windows 11 Pro.
