Description
In my second picture, it may look as though the writing is rubbed off after "Lunch." It doesn't; it's fine. That's just an unfortunate reflection. Lightweight tin matchbox holder, 2 1/4" x 1 1/2", reddish wood grain pattern celluloid all around, with the same advertising in gold on each side: "Compliments of the / Nut Shell Lunch, Inc. / 54 Lisbon St. / Lewiston, Maine." Signed "The Kemper Thomas Co. Cincinnati, O." There must not have been many of these to begin with. Very good condition. It's a little wrinkled, not much; straightened out, it'd be excellent. The tin is thin and easily bent. *Feel free to ignore any Item Specific that seems especially silly, irrelevant, inappropriate, or redundant. eBay frequently adds things without consulting the seller, and which I don’t always catch. Expecting help from eBay Categories? Good luck. I always ship the business day after I receive payment, and pack multiple purchases together to save on shipping. Buyer pays actual USPS postage; there is no handling fee, and I pay for all packing materials. By clicking on “Shipping and Payments,” you can check the postage before you bid . Printed material containing advertising – even old, obsolete advertising – cannot be sent Media Mail. *I don’t know why eBay says I don’t accept returns; I have tried to change that on the listing: an item may be returned if it is substantially different from how I have described it. I will pay return postage. Because of the new rates, and because it now includes insurance, I am going to use Ground Advantage for everything. Sometimes it’s a little slower, but the bottom line is it’s cheaper , sometimes considerably. Postage is based in part on distance; I am shipping from Arizona. Thank you for looking, and for wading through the fine print. I will leave Feedback to let you know your item is on the way.
