Made by the renowned brand Lionel in the United States, this railroad switching building is 6-1/4 inches long, 5-1/2 inches wide, by 7 inches high and is themed around transportation. Perfect for collectors and hobbyists, the Lionel 445-8 adds a touch of nostalgia and authenticity to any train layout. Some work has been done on this accessory to make it operational, but it does work. The light bulb works and the switchman leaves the second floor and climbs down the stairs when activated. Sometimes the switchman takes his time coming down the ladder and climbing back up indicating the accessory could probably use a good cleaning or further maintenance. There are three posts on the underside of the accessory, one for power, one to operate the light and one to operate the switchman. The accessory is used and it has some scratches on it and on it's base, and it could use some cleaning. It does not have an original box. Please see all photos and judge for yourself.
