This accessory is a vintage model train accessory from the United States, featuring a plastic construction and a 1:45 scale and it was produced between 1950 and 1966. Some work has been done on this accessory to make it operational, but it does work. It has a maroon roof, but the tool shed has a red roof. Three wires are attached one for power, one to operate the light, and one for the Gateman to come out the door and shine his lantern at the signal crossing. The accessory also has a plastic railroad crossing that is secured by a metal base. The accessory comes with its original Lionel Automatic Gateman No. 145 box.
