They were great as far as the item description and getting the purchase in the delivery system right away. It was the post office that had the package bouncing around between a few different area distribution centers before it was finally delivered almost a week later than they should have. Giving 5 stars under shipping time because, again, they got it in the system right away, it was the post office that caused the delay, not weather related.
