Originally contacted by seller to notify me that the product was damaged and would I wish to wait for restocked damper (with an added discount!) or cancel. I asked a quick question and a prompt answer sent. A new, undamaged damper arrived and installed without a problem. Would definitely consider future purchases from vendor based on their attentiveness even for such an inexpensive part!
Was great transaction and good communication with seller. These saw horses are great quality tools from a Reliable company Dewalt. Had a small issue with how they were handled in shipping. Shipping box was busted open causing some scratches and scrapes on one of the saw horses. This was no fault of the seller and was offered a refund. Great seller to do business with.
