  1. Shipped me a repackaged customer return for a totally different inferior product. They eventually made it right and sent me the correct set but it took 10 more days. They sell customer returns and someone must have returned the wrong product in the correct packaging and that what this seller sent me. Not worth the hassle over used sheets. The original shipment weighed 5 pounds. The corrected one was 7lbs so obviously I got the wrong product.

  2. The item is exactly as described: brand new. The sheets themselves are excellent quality - they're soft and smooth, and they look slightly silky looking in the light. They were out of stock on the manufacturer's website so I came here, and thankfully found the exact ones I was looking at a better price. Shipping was fast, and I'll definitely buy from this seller again!
