  1. Item that was sold was not available after purchase was made. Seller stated that item was damaged. Never received item paid for was offered different item. Then was told that the other replacement item needed a different shipping label, then that shipping label was damaged. At that point, I requested a refund.

  2. The shipping box and plate smelled so bad of cigarette smoke! Would not order from this seller again. Plate had some scuff marks on it so I think it was used too, but I love it and will keep it.
