This software is compatible with Windows ME, Windows 98SE, Windows 2000, and Windows XP. It supports all 10GB and newer 5GB Apple iPod units. For most iPod models, a FireWire port is required, and a 4-to-6 pin FireWire cable or adapter may be needed. The iPod itself must have system software version 1.1 or newer installed. The software allows for automatic synchronization of your iPod with your PC music collection and provides an interface to organize songs, artists, playlists, and albums. It also facilitates taking data files and documents with you, even to a Macintosh. The software package features MacDrive technology.
