This Mexican Olinala box is a stunning piece of folk art, handcrafted from Linaloe Wood and hand-painted in vibrant colors. The box features intricate designs of green birds and the legendary Chupacabras, making it a unique and wonderful addition to any collection. Chupacabras! It took me awhile to figure that out, but I just sold a wood carved chupacabra from Oxaca, Mexico. There's also parrots and other birds, along with squirrel and fish. The squirrels may be chipmunks!! It's a great box and a great size for storage. It's about 7.5 x 3.25 x 3.25 inches. Important: There are three small spots of missing lacquer as shown in the photos. It would be easy to cosmetically repair these three little spots if you want to. Thank you!
