Description

Nicely painted, stylized forest landscape from the mid 20th century. Work is oil on board and framed. Painting is signed in the lower right. I believe the signature is P Weisman but that may not be correct. Found at an old estate in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Overall very good vintage condition. Two small chips in the paint that expose the board underneath. Chips are less than a 1/2" in size. Please see photos for images of the imperfections. Additionally, please enlarge and inspect photos to get the best sense for the item's condition. In the frame, the work measures 15" high x 12" wide. Item will be packed with care.

  1. Fabulous, as described and pictured. Seller is great to work with, and very communicative. Arrived quickly. Unfortunately, at unboxing, the painting is separated, ripped from the supportive back of this frame. Challenging to ship this item or just general carelessness on the part of FedEx, who knows. It’s entirely fixable by a framing professional, so the shipping damage is only a bump in the road. Many, many thanks! 😊
