Machine is alot lighter than I expected. , the bottom drip tray doesn't fit together well it kinda sits on top doesn't snap on or anything it is plastic. It cools and heats well. Arrived in new condition package well just as pictured. I'd say it is a good deal compared to the stand up machine that's heavy. I set it on end of my island.
