  1. Item listed as fast shipping. Only a label was created the day after I purchased, the item didn't actually arrive to the carrier for 6 days, did not get a response to message about shipping. Product arrived not overpacked, only in a plastic bag, several boxes were damaged, but the filters themselves made it intact. Would buy from again but would communicate with seller before purchase.

Ran into a question about one of the filters I ordered that had an arrow on the side, but no explanation if it was to indicate direction of air flow or position of filter for installation. I sent a question to the seller, and received a reply in short order, resolving the question. 100% and Thank you.

I didn't like the actual item because the lock was very difficult to operate, and I eventually got tired of fighting with it and replaced it. But I'm not knocking the seller at all, just the manufacturer. The seller is great and I have no reservations about doing business with them again.
