Lightning fast shipping (seller had it packed and ready to go over a holiday weekend, and at the post office as soon as it reopened), excellent packing, quick, friendly messages, beautiful lacquered jubako exactly as described at a great price. All faults (very minor) were honestly and accurately shown in the listing. Color and texture of the lacquer even lovelier than the photos, a deep ruby red.
