I like this very much because, for one reason, in this era of food choices, having this book about nutritious choices with a budget in mind for huge numbers of workers seems so timely. The book is new, has some history, actually a lot of history with pictures and recipes, small servings and recipes for 100. I think it is a nice addition to nutrition.
A good quality. The item arrived in new condition & is a fine value for the money. Scrolling through the pages was a jog back through history for me.
